Community Improvement Districts
The Community Improvement District (CID) is designed to collect revenue to improve the development of various plans such as parks, streets, and other comprehensive city development. CIDs also allow community leaders to work with counties in developing ordinances, subdivision regulations, and capital improvements programs.
